Photo Mode — Free Trial (Poses & timers)

Try Photo Mode on YOUR avatar for free. (The images show the full version; the trial's features are listed below.) Add it, upload, and open Expression menu → Photo Mode. Works on PC, Quest, Android and iOS (Quest/mobile-safe components only), with English and Japanese UI, so you can check it on your own avatar and device before buying.

Compatibility: Tested in VRChat on PC, Quest, Android and iPhone (Oct 2026), plus NDMF build checks in Unity on 9 different avatars. Upload it and check it on your own avatar and device.

Included in the trial

• Poses: 8 built-in poses + your own pose packs, with Height, Mirror and Head follows HMD.
• 5 / 10 sec timer with a countdown above your head.
• Join Everyone 3-2-1: when a friend with the full version starts it, you count down with them (freezing needs the full version).

Full version only

• All 20 poses and 13 Hand signs
• Face lock (your current face or a picked expression)
• Eye contact (no cross-eyed close-ups) and Time stop (freeze PhysBones and expression)
• Starting Everyone 3-2-1 yourself

Full-version items are greyed out in the trial's Inspector.

Terms

Free for personal and commercial use; avatars with the trial can be uploaded, streamed and filmed. Not allowed: redistributing, reselling or sharing the trial (or modified versions), or distributing or selling avatar files that contain it. Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the author's liability is limited to USD 6.49. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law. Full terms of use

1. Permitted use

• The person who purchased or downloaded the Tool may use it for personal and commercial purposes on any number of machines.
• Avatars that include the Tool may be uploaded to VRChat etc. and used in photos, videos and streams. Credit is optional.
• Commissioned avatar edits: an editor may add the Tool to a client's avatar and upload it for them, as long as the client has bought their own copy of the Tool (the editor does not need to buy it).
• Photos and videos taken with the included poses may be published freely, personally or commercially.

2. Prohibited

• Redistributing, reselling, transferring or sharing all or part of the Tool (source code, package, manuals, included poses, images), free or paid
• Distributing or selling modified versions of the Tool, or anything reusing its code or included pose data
• Distributing or selling avatar data that contains the Tool
• Use for purposes that violate laws, public order or VRChat's terms

3. Modification

• You may modify the source code for your own personal use (distribution of modified versions is prohibited).

4. Disclaimer

• Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Author's liability for any damage caused by using the Tool is limited to the amount you paid or USD 6.49, whichever is greater (USD 6.49 for the free trial).
• The Tool is designed not to modify your avatar's original data, but backing up your project before use is recommended.
• Operation with every avatar and every combination of gimmicks is not guaranteed.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

5. Updates and support

• Bug fixes and updates are free to download for purchasers from the store where you bought the Tool (BOOTH / Gumroad / Jinxxy).
• Support is provided as far as possible via the store where you bought the Tool (BOOTH messages, a reply to your Gumroad receipt email, or the support email shown on your Jinxxy receipt).
• If these terms change, the change is announced on the product page and the new terms are included with the new version. A change never retroactively narrows the permitted use of anyone who bought before the change.

6. Refunds

• As a digital download, there are no refunds for change of mind.
• If the Tool doesn't work as described and an update can't fix it within 14 days of your report, you'll get a refund. This doesn't affect any refund the store grants under its own policy.

7. Language and governing law

• The Japanese version (利用規約.txt) is the original. For purchases on BOOTH the Japanese terms (JPY amounts) apply; for purchases on Gumroad / Jinxxy these English terms (USD amounts) apply.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
