Required Dependencies

The following tools and assets are required to install and set up the avatar:

Please install all required dependencies before importing the avatar package.

Installation Guide

1. Create or open a Unity project configured for VRChat avatar creation.
2. Set up your project using the VRChat Creator Companion (VCC) and the VRChat SDK.
3. Import lilToon, GoGo Loco, and VRCFury into your project.
4. Import the Harpy Avatar package.
5. Follow the included setup instructions and verify that the materials, expressions, and tracking features are configured correctly.
6. Upload your avatar through the VRChat SDK when everything is ready.

Important: Install all required dependencies before importing the avatar package to help prevent missing shader or component errors.

1. Personal Use

• You may use the avatar for personal purposes in VRChat.
• You may customize, edit, and modify the avatar for your own personal use.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of purchased files.

2. Prohibited Use

• You may not redistribute, resell, share, leak, or publicly upload the original avatar files or modified versions of the files.
• You may not claim the original model or its assets as your own creation.
• You may not use the avatar or its assets for NFT projects, blockchain products, or similar tokenized products without explicit written permission.
• You may not make the avatar files freely available to the public.

3. Public and Private Uploads

• You may upload the avatar privately for your own use.
• Do not share the Unity project, source files, or other downloadable assets with other users.

4. Modifications and Commissions

• You may modify the avatar for personal use.
• You may commission another artist to edit your avatar, provided the files are used only for your personal avatar and are not redistributed.
• Any commissioned artist must respect these terms and delete or securely retain the files only as agreed with you.

5. Commercial Use

• You may not use the model or its assets in commercial projects, merchandise, advertising, or other revenue-generating products without my explicit written permission.

6. Refunds

• Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.
• Please review the product description, requirements, and compatibility information before purchasing.

7. Violation of Terms

Violations of these terms may result in revocation of permission to use the avatar and may be reported to the relevant marketplace where appropriate.

8. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using this avatar, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
