(If you find any grey areas, such as making a game with the model as a main character vs an NPC, ask. In the latter case it would be allowed, not in the former case if you were selling the game.)

If you are commissioning someone, make sure they own the avatar as well, or else you are giving away the whole shebang for free.

Its an Avali.

They are close-knit feathery, cold dwelling, sci-fi tribal, semi-raptors that have questionable biology and eat cave fungus probably.

They rely on their ears for the purposes that we use our eyes and are emotive with them.
(Avali as a concept are created by Cutesune/RyuujinZERO.)

You CAN:

  • Make your avatar public / clonable in VRChat.
  • Commission others for assets and modifications only given that:
    • the asset includes nothing more than the armature
    • Both parties legally own the model.
  • Sell your own assets given that you only include the base armature.

You CANNOT

  • Sell any part of the included assets or model in any form.
  • Share license keys.
