Simple DBZ Scouter

Its just a simple scouter based off of DBZ the reference material I used while modeling it in blender was a few diff pics mostly around like early Saiyan Saga. I modeled it myself in blender and nothing fancy just needed it to work. You may use however you like. I did set it up with vrcfury so it SHOULD just be drag n drop onto avatar then upload. As stated its just simple thing not super high polygon just a simple toggle and hue slider for the display part.
