Upon purchase you automatically agree to the following:

Prohibited:

The Erofit may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to promotion of paid services, merchandising, and paid media using the assets of the package included in the purchase without explicit permission from LunarArray/Meaty. Use for promotion of assets made for the Erofit is allowed.

LunarArray/Meaty reserves the rights to the model for use in gaming, advertising, and applications, as well as any other commercial uses.

Redistribution of the Erofit is prohibited.

Reselling and promoting the Erofit and its assets is prohibited.

The Erofit is not allowed to be used for part of a "new" commercial kit-bashed avatar.

The Erofit is prohibited to be used for AI generation or AI learning under any circumstances.

Allowed:

Reselling modified versions of the Erofit and its assets is allowed as long as both parties own a valid license.

The Erofit model and associated assets may be used for personal use, including as a VTuber asset, or for personal nonprofit projects.

Texture and asset modification commissions are allowed if both parties own legal copies of the Erofit respective packages.

Public avatars are allowed, a link in the description to the store page is greatly appreciated.

Create and sell assets or customized textures for the Erofit on Jinxxy/Gumroad or other sites as long as the files do not contain any original Erofit files.

Create renders or videos using the Erofit model for personal or commission basis as long as the final product is not used for commercial use. Commercial use only allowed at LunarArray/Meatys' discretion with prior contact.
