TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) — TEXTURE SALES

1.1. Personal Use and Sharing

This product is intended exclusively for the purchaser. Sharing, distributing, reselling, or making the texture files available to third parties is strictly prohibited. Each purchase grants an individual license for personal use of the purchased texture.

1.2. Third-Party Bases and Assets

You may only use this texture with third-party avatar bases, 3D models, or other assets if you hold the necessary licenses, where required by their respective creators. This purchase does not grant any additional rights to the bases, models, or other third-party assets used.

1.3. Resale and Redistribution

Reselling, redistributing, or commercially distributing this texture is strictly prohibited, whether in its original, edited, or modified form. Editing, customizing, or adapting the texture does not grant permission to resell or redistribute it.

1.4. Public Distribution Prohibited

Making the texture files publicly available is prohibited, including through websites, public libraries, file-sharing platforms, asset repositories, or other unauthorized distribution methods. The purchased texture must remain for the purchaser's exclusive use, subject to the applicable license terms of the base or model on which it is used.

2. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

Before purchasing, please make sure you know how to use Unity and import avatars into VRChat.

• VRChat SDK
• Poiyomi Toon Shader

PC Installation

Use VRChat Creator Companion to set up your Unity project. Import the avatar base or model compatible with the texture, then import the texture files into your project. Follow the installation and texture application instructions, ensuring that all required tools and dependencies are installed.

All third-party assets belong to their respective creators and must be used in accordance with their licenses.

4. CONTENT CREATION AND SOCIAL MEDIA USE

You are welcome to use the purchased texture on avatars for personal content creation, livestreams, VTubing, TikTok, and other content platforms, provided that you comply with the following terms:

• Do not claim original authorship of the texture as if you had created it yourself.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or share the original texture files, even if they have been edited or modified.
• Respect the copyrights and licenses of all bases, models, and assets used.
• You may publish images, videos, and livestreams featuring the texture applied to an avatar, provided that this does not involve distributing the texture files.

5. USE OF ASSETS CREATED BY THE SELLER

Textures and assets created by the seller may be used in personal projects, provided that these Terms of Service are followed. Their use in commercial projects, including the sale of custom avatars featuring these assets, requires the seller's prior authorization.

Reselling, redistributing, or making the original texture and asset files created by the seller available to others is prohibited, even if they have been edited or modified.

Assets not created by the seller remain the property of their respective creators. If you wish to use these assets separately, you must obtain the necessary licenses directly from their original creators, where applicable.
