Descripción del producto

Voice Management Engine (VME) v2.0

A spatial voice control system for VRChat worlds. VME lets you define exactly who can hear who, where, and at what volume — across any number of zones, with pickup-based microphones that work like real PA gear.

What it does

Out of the box, VRChat gives every player a single global voice. VME replaces that with a fully spatial system you configure per-area. A private room can be completely soundproofed: players inside hear only each other, and nobody outside hears them. A stage can bleed into an audience zone at PA volume while leaving a nearby VIP lounge untouched. Two isolated rooms can share an intercom at reduced gain without breaking isolation in either direction.

Every voice change: walking between zones, picking up a mic, crossing a boundary - fades smoothly. No hard cuts unless you want them.

Microphone Pickups

Any player who picks up a VME microphone becomes a broadcaster. It's that simple. You configure what happens: global mode sends their voice to the entire world regardless of zones, zone-routed mode targets specific areas at specific volumes. A stage mic might give the audience full PA volume and give backstage a quieter monitor level, while an isolated green room hears nothing at all. Put the mic down and it's off. No buttons, no UI.

Multiple mics work: fine together karaoke nights, MC handoffs, panel events. Priority settings make sure there's never any ambiguity when two mics are in play.

Everything is network-safe. Late joiners, ownership transfers, someone dropping a mic mid-sentence are all handled without any extra configuration.

Setup

Add one Manager component to your scene. Add a zone component to any trigger collider. Hit *Auto-Fill* and *Auto-Wire* in the inspector and everything connects itself. Hit *Validate* and the system tells you if anything's wrong. The system scales to the size required.

Compatibility

VME runs completely independently of the LMFA_OS Audio Management Engine. The two systems can share the same GameObjects and colliders without interfering with each other. You can use VME on its own, alongside AME, or drop it into an existing project without touching anything else.
