Descripción del producto
Este producto contiene contenido generado por IA.
▶ VRChat avatar effect · PC only · needs Modular Avatar (free, from VCC) · drag-and-drop prefab
✨ Two wings in one: Benevolent Night, feathered wings of silver starlight, and Crimson Night, a bat-wing membrane of red nebula and stars.
✨ Transform: the feathers break up into silver sparks, bones of light are left, and the crimson membrane spreads from your shoulders out (2.4 s), and back again.
✨ Both forms fold down your back, beat and glow. The feathers shed loose feathers and star dust, the membrane red embers.
MENU (Starlit Wings)
• Wings: on / off. Light fills them from the root to the tips in 1 s; off, they fade out in 0.6 s (remembered)
• Transform: feathers ↔ crimson membrane in 2.4 s, both ways (remembered)
• Fold: the wings fold down along your back in 0.8 s, in both forms; off spreads them again (remembered)
• Flap: one beat every 1 s, the tips a little behind the roots. Off, they sway slowly
• Falling feathers: 3 loose feathers and 10 star dust a second drift off the spread wings and stay in the air where you were; as the membrane, 8 red embers a second instead (remembered)
• Colour: Moon (silver-blue) · Amethyst (violet) · Ember (warm gold), for the feathers; the membrane stays crimson (remembered)
• Glow: a radial, 0–100% brightness (remembered)
• Size: a radial, 0.6× to 1.4× (remembered)
SIZE
• Feathers: 2.21 m tip to tip, 1.14 m top to bottom spread (at 1.0×); folded 1.21 m down your back
• Membrane: 2.14 m tip to tip, 1.16 m top to bottom spread (at 1.0×); folded 1.37 m down your back
WHAT YOU GET
• 1 prefab, drag it onto your avatar (Modular Avatar puts the menu, parameters and animator in at upload, and keeps the wings on your chest bone)
• 2 shaders, 4 materials, menu, animator (no textures)
• README in English and Japanese
PERFORMANCE
• 5620 tris (both forms in one mesh) · 1 mesh renderer · 4 materials · no textures · no lights
• 3 particle systems, at most 70 particles in all
• no PhysBones · no contacts · no parameter drivers · 29 synced bits
• PC only (custom shaders)
GOOD TO KNOW
• Needs Modular Avatar (free, from the VRChat Creator Companion).
• Placed on the back of the VRChat SDK's sample avatar: on yours, move the Wings object once if the roots sit inside your body or away from your back.
• The wings move in the shader (no bones), so they follow your chest but don't bend against walls.
• People who block custom shaders in their Safety settings won't see the wings.
SUPPORT
If anything doesn't work as described in VRChat, message me on Jinxxy: I'll fix it and send you the update for free.
TESTED WITH

AI DISCLOSURE (AI-Assisted)
The shaders, the code that builds these wings and the text on this page were written with help from an AI assistant. An AI image generator made rough concept sketches I looked at while designing; nothing it made is in the files or in the preview images, which are rendered in Unity from the actual wings.
